A screenshot of the beta 1 version in Safari is available so that you can compare what I see with what you think it should look like/looks like in Explorer. I know it's a bit hard to correct when you see a different version in your browser.

XML Icon/Access The XML icon is the current large orange icon. I guess this refers to the XML feed for that day. Can we use [XML] instead and provide one XML document which is always updated, as per the standard convention, which I guess is showing the current blog post only? (I will check).

Line spacing The [Add Comment] link appears when using the arrows to move up and down in Safari. Please add a break or two after [Add Comment] to prevent this.

Line Width The width of the blog text is somehow constrained. It should not be.

Layout CSS. Please make it A:LINK {TEXT-DECORATION:none} A:VISITED {TEXT-DECORATION:none} A:ACTIVE {TEXT-DECORATION:none} A:HOVER {TEXT-DECORATION:UNDERLINE} p {font-family: "Times New Roman", "Times"; line-height:120%}

Arrows The first set of the arrows do not line up with the rest of them. I had so solve this by adding a menu on the top of the blog, in the manually chapterized 'Conversations with Doug' blog. Any suggestions?

URL Link Color The URL's are blue. They should be slightly lighter (4c4c4c same as this page) than the rest of the text and underlined when mouseovered.

Comments A comment Subject should be broken in two, please refer back to spec. One part should point to itself (The "Comments referring to" part of the subject) and the other (the name of the post it is referring to) to what it refers to.

Comments When they are posted by someone who has a blog account, it should appear as a blog post from them, with their name, not public, and also it should appear in their account

Comments Controls They need to be tighter spaced, not: [add comment]      [show all comments inline]      [show all comments in a separate window] but [add comment] [show all comments inline] [show all comments in a separate window]     

Thumbnails - should not be below eachother The thumbnails should not be with line breaks between them, just a single blank space, like in the chapterized blogs.

Menu Layout The menu needs to be small and tighter, if it can. I understand we are sharing line depth with the main page, but if it could be tighter, great.

Coment by registered user If a comment is made by someone who has a blog account, the system should 'know' this and place the comment in their blog and have them references where it says: "comment by". This is to say, as opposed to comment by 'public'.

Links/Options I am sorry but I have given you a fragmented set of layouts in the spec. This means that some of the added features are not everywhere, as you have correctly followed my spec. So I therefore ask for a few consolidations of features. After the [add comments] line, please add a new line with 'page url blog url' everywhere, as we have in the single blog layout. A sample of this is in single-blog-times.html
